Rather than compete with established manufacturers, we license them to produce and sell switches using our technologies. It's a win-win-win relationship. Manufacturers gain access to leading-edge technologies. Their customers gain the design flexibility and various Duraswitch technology advantages. Duraswitch gains through the proliferation of our technologies.

We also form technology alliances with companies that provide complimentary components for switch panels to expand awareness for our technologies.

Each licensee and technology partner has multiple customer relationships. Each customer has multiple product applications that use electronic switches. Each project has multiple switches. Each 'partner' in the process is focused on its core competency and each receives a piece of the pie.

We have built a network of domestic and international licensees and strategic partners to commercialize our current portfolio of patented technologies. Our objective is to leverage the capabilities of that network for our existing technologies as well as search out new innovations that could benefit from commercialization through our established and growing licensee and strategic partner network.

Our goal is to enhance shareholder value by creating growth from the solid foundation that is in place, from the opportunities that arise from increased market awareness and from the creation of additional win-win-win relationships.
